Draft and prosecute patent applications before the relevant patent offices

Prepare detailed descriptions of inventions and draft patent claims to define the scope of protection

Manage patent prosecution timelines and deadlines to ensure timely filings and responses

Develop and implement strategies for building and managing patent portfolios

Monitor exciting patents and coordinate renewal and maintenance activities

Represent clients in patent disputes, infringement litigation, and oppositions proceedings

Communicate complex legal and technical information clearly and effectively to clients and colleagues

Required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal and technical concepts clearly and persuasively

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Team player with a collaborative mindset and ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
