Leadership Development Associates participate in an 18-month program aimed at developing the skills of future business leaders within the accounting organization, responsible for managing and performing accounting processes for CSX and its subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations and other monthly property close procedures

Contribute to special projects that support field employees, technology initiatives, financial and liquidity objectives, as well as reporting and compliance

Evaluate current procedures to identify opportunities for automation and simplification

Conduct property accounting research and summarize results

Complete cross-functional activities and miscellaneous activities as assigned by manager

Required
