Responsibilities

Monitor SAP interfaces with Rail applications; troubleshooting, analyzing, improving, and timely resolving issues
Be an in-house expert for Truck & Rail application systems; sharing knowledge with others
Utilize analytics tools and reports to facilitate improved decision making
Lead/assist with special or cross-functional projects that aide in business improvement opportunities, as needed
Own business process development, improvement, optimization, and sustainability for assigned Commercial functions and stakeholders

Required

5+ years of experience working in the logistics space with transportation industry experience (Truck/Rail)
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related discipline
Proficient understanding of how data flows between SAP/TMS/carriers, as well as troubleshooting and integrating these systems
SAP experience
TMS system experience (can be any TMS system)
Ability to trace data across multiple systems and identify break points
Understanding of the technical make up and data flowing between systems, not just the operational logistics side
