Stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation
Understanding of SDLC (Agile preferred)
Qualification
Required
2–5 years as a BA in finance, fintech, or payments
Experience in crypto exchange, wallet provider, blockchain startup, or banking innovation is highly valued
Exposure to Agile product teams working with blockchain or payments infrastructure
Strong understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain fundamentals, DeFi, Web3, and token economics
Knowledge of financial products: payments, lending, trading, custody, KYC/AML, settlement systems
Familiarity with crypto regulations (MiCA, SEC guidelines, FATF Travel Rule)
Requirements gathering and documentation (BRD/FRD/User Stories)
Process modeling (BPMN, workflow diagrams)
Gap analysis and solution design
Stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation
Understanding of SDLC (Agile preferred)
Ability to read and interpret APIs, JSON data, and blockchain explorers
Understanding smart-contract basics (how they work, risks)
Jira, Confluence, Trello, or other Agile tools
Modeling tools: Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Excellent written and verbal communication
Stakeholder management across technical and business teams
Preferred
Experience with crypto trading platforms, blockchain wallets, or custodial systems
Familiarity with databases and querying basics (SQL is a plus)
Data tools: Excel, Power BI/Tableau (bonus)
Crypto analytics tools (Glassnode, Chainalysis, Etherscan) is an advantage
