Responsibilities
Greet each client who walks in the door
Setting the stage for a positive client experience
Checking clients in and out of the hospital
Booking appointments
Taking payments
Fielding busy phone lines
Qualification
Required
1+ years experience in a client service role
Excellent communication skills are expected as you will often act as a liaison between the clients and the clinical staff
Ensuring timely medication dispensing and accurate billing for patient services
Ability to answer multiple phone lines
Data entry and attention to detail
Comfort with taking deposits and discussing financial questions with clients
Empathy and compassion for our clients
Ability to be discreet and professional when appropriate
Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and commitment to develop long-term relationships with colleagues, clients, and community
Positive outlook and ability to work well in a collaborative environment
Honesty, integrity, and a desire to learn and have fun!
Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently
Preferred
Veterinary experience is preferred
Additional fluency in other languages is preferred but not required
