Supporting a cross-division modernization initiative
Partnering with the CDAO modernization leads and product teams
Enhance agility, facilitate continuous improvement, and optimize value delivery
Foster a culture of efficiency, mindset evolution, and effective processes
Qualification
Required
Minimum of two years related work experience
One year of managing a project
One year of Financial Services and technical experience preferred
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in a related field (Computer Science, Engineering)
Excellent project management skills
Strong relationship management, communication skills, and presentation
Expertise in data management and cloud computing
Understanding of Vanguard business data is a plus
