Responsibilities
Bring subject matter expertise in at least one of the primary areas supporting our diverse business lines, including contract drafting and negotiation, litigation management, employment law, construction law, compliance and regulatory support, government contracting, corporate governance, and financial services and technology
Qualification
Required
J.D. degree (or foreign equivalent), admitted to at least one U.S. state bar, in good standing
Minimum of 5+ years of large law firm experience for Senior Corporate Counsel (10+ years total, combined experience for Associate General Counsel)
Expertise in at least one of the following primary areas: Commercial Contracting, Litigation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Financial Services, or Construction Law
Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication; strong business judgment
Valid driver's license required
Preferred
Experience with Alaska Native Corporations, employment law, or government contracting is a plus
Benefits
Annual discretionary incentive: $40,000–$100,000
Long-term discretionary incentive: vests after three years, pays annually thereafter in the same range
