Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team of high-performing product managers across multiple regions and time zones

Define and evolve the Card on File tokenization product strategy to address emerging use cases, customer needs, and market trends

Establish clear business objectives and ensure strategic alignment of the product roadmap with Mastercard’s broader vision

Prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively to maximize impact and deliver against KPIs

Engage directly with merchants, PSPs, and acquirers to understand functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring product-market fit

Collaborate with regional and customer-facing teams to accelerate adoption and growth of card-on-file tokenization globally

Monitor market dynamics and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decisions

Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture that empowers teams to innovate and deliver exceptional results

Required

Proven leadership experience in product management within payments, fintech, or e-commerce ecosystems

Deep understanding of digital payments, tokenization, and authentication technologies

Strategic thinker with a track record of defining and executing product strategies that drive growth and adoption

Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging merchants, PSPs, acquirers, and issuers

Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to interpret market trends and performance metrics

Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of aligning cross-functional teams and senior leadership

Global mindset, comfortable working across regions and time zones in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
