Responsibilities

Establishing and building integrated and sustainable employee training and learning programs aligned with strategic goals
Creating and delivering Hospital-wide curricula focused on behavioral, regulatory, quality, leadership, and skills development initiatives for all employees across all sites
Ensuring regulatory compliance for employee orientation and ongoing education
Assisting in the creation and deployment of comprehensive leadership development programs for all levels of the organization
Fostering exceptional working relationships with executive and line management to ensure that programs support key Hospital goals and requirements
Managing a staff of professionals in the analysis, development, and delivery of learning and training
Delivering management and employee education
Implementing and tracking educational delivery systems
Facilitating change
Increasing education funding
Facilitating key client projects

Required

Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of work experience in the management of training or instructional design
Consultation with senior leadership
Measurement and analysis
Benchmarking/best practices
Change management
Strong data analysis skills
Strong implementation history
Experience with LMS system such as Docent, Training Server, or KP/Knowledge Planet
Facilitation and presentation skills
Needs analysis
Vendor Management
Data Analysis

Preferred

Master's degree
Knowledge of e-learning technology
