Account Executive (Salesforce Managed Services)

The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle for Salesforce managed services, focusing on building long-term relationships and recurring revenue.

Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Source, qualify, and close Salesforce managed services engagements
Build trusted relationships with Salesforce customers and decision-makers
Lead consultative discovery conversations
Coordinate closely with founder-led delivery leadership
Grow accounts over time through expansions and additional workstreams

Required

Experience: Services-oriented sellers (professional services, IT staffing, or similar)
Ability to source, qualify, and close Salesforce managed services engagements
Ability to build trusted relationships with Salesforce customers and decision-makers
Ability to lead consultative discovery conversations
Ability to coordinate closely with founder-led delivery leadership
Ability to grow accounts over time through expansions and additional workstreams
Comfortable with performance-based compensation
Understanding of longer sales cycles and relationship-driven selling
Desire to build a book of recurring revenue
Preference for quality deals over high-volume pipelines

Preferred

Experience selling in staffing agencies (IT, Salesforce, engineering, or professional staffing)
Experience selling in professional services firms (consulting, systems integrators, agencies)
Experience selling in Salesforce consulting partners
Experience selling in IT services / MSPs
Experience selling ERP / CRM services (Salesforce, HubSpot, ServiceNow, NetSuite, etc.)
Experience selling ongoing retainers, staff augmentation, or multi-month services
