Responsibilities

Lead a talented team of sales specialists, business development leaders, and partner managers, partnering closely with dedicated solution architect teams focused on accelerating GenAI adoption worldwide
Drive the vision, strategies, and execution for our geo and field teams to establish AWS as the leading enterprise GenAI provider, engage business and technical decision-makers, and create new use cases that showcase our GenAI capabilities across different roles and industries
Represent AWS GenAI capabilities in terms of business value to both business and technical buyers
Create the operating model necessary for successful enterprise-wide AI adoption and long-term customer success
Hire and develop the best sales talent to drive AWS GenAI growth and innovation

Qualification

AI/ML Sales LeadershipStrategic Sales ExecutionTechnical AcumenEnterprise Software SalesGenerative AI KnowledgePublic SpeakingChange ManagementTeam LeadershipCustomer FocusRelationship Building

Required

15+ years of relevant sales and business development experience in cloud and AI technology
Global experience leading large, diverse sales teams
Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML technologies and sales
Track record of building executive relationships and exceeding revenue targets
BA/BS degree required

Preferred

Experience selling and implementing enterprise-wide AI initiatives
Deep understanding of generative AI products and services
Technical background in computer science or related field
Proven public speaking and media presence
Experience with complex enterprise software sales cycles and change management
Passion for AI innovation and ability to inspire others about AI opportunities
