Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, aligning HR strategies with business priorities
Partner with leaders to provide guidance in performance management, employee engagement, and employee relations
Manage HR and leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, STD and LTD
Support leaders throughout the recruitment process to attract and hire top talent
Oversee end-to-end payroll responsibilities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely approval of payroll data
Serve as the main point of contact for enterprise-wide vendors for facilities and background checks
Develop and implement processes and procedures for routine HR initiatives such as AAP filing, unemployment requests, and corporate communications
Assist in planning and executing engagement opportunities and cultural initiatives including corporate wide events like our town halls
Utilize data such as employee surveys to assist leaders in developing engagement strategies in support of maintaining or elevating IDEX’s position as an employer of choice
Lead process improvement projects and change management initiatives related to onboarding, offboarding, HR operating rhythms (goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end evaluations), and other key HR processes
Oversee HRIS data for the corporate team to ensure data accuracy
Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and surveys as requested

Required

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
3+ years of HR experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
Strong organizational and creative problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Comfortable with a hybrid onsite/virtual role with the expectation that you are in the office 3x per week
