Responsibilities
Managing and coordinating several qualification packages and proposals (RFQ/RFP) with various deadline requirements
Crafting, visualizing, and documenting projects and messaging related to public infrastructure and the built environment (roads, bridges, sidewalks, trails, public transportation and transit facilities, wayfinding, parks, parking, etc.)
Developing and updating marketing materials to include project profiles, document templates, resumes, and business line summary booklets
Designing, formatting, proofing, and editing reports, fact sheets, presentations, maps, and other client deliverables
Collecting and maintaining a strong library of marketing assets, including photos and graphics
Assisting with social media management and web development-related tasks and providing various marketing analytics on SEO and online positioning
Providing assistance with other responsibilities as required/requested
Qualification
Required
General understanding of various fields, including Marketing and visual design, Planning and engagement, Transportation and mobility, and/or Engineering, architecture (including landscape), and urban design
Bachelor's degree in Arts, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Business, Urban Planning, and/or Engineering. Other relevant certificates/education may be accepted in lieu of those specifically listed above
Entry to mid level position
Experience with developing and managing proposals for RFQs and RFPs and assembling necessary information and requirements
Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop and knowledge in Microsoft Office
Strong communication and task management skills
Solid grammar, editing, and proofreading capabilities
Preferred
Prior experience managing social media platforms and digital content creation for a business, brand and/or publication is a plus
Working knowledge in ESRI, ArcGIS, and other related software packages is a plus
Benefits
4 weeks paid vacation time per year with 120 hour “roll over” of any un-used time to the following year.
