Follows an effective sales process while delivering exceptional member service

Assists members with transactions. Supplies information and answers questions about all loan and deposit products/services and resolves problems

Receives and accurately processes member financial transactions. Balances cash drawer and daily transactions

Assists with opening and closing of branch office and balancing procedures

Required

One year to three years of similar or related experience

A two year college degree or Completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or Completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training or apprenticeship program

Skill and ability to use and operate a keyboard (typewriter), computer, calculator, fax machine, copier and telephone

Skill and ability to read and understand financial statements, contracts, applications, computer printouts, manuals and other related materials

Must have the skill and ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel

Must comply with government and other regulations affecting the credit union industry including, but not limited to, OFAC and the Bank Secrecy Act
