Analyze and understand business and system requirements

Define and document:

System architecture

High-level and low-level design documents

Identify and define:

Non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security)

Capacity planning strategies

System integration approaches

Solutions to complex technical challenges

Ensure implementation aligns with approved architecture and design

Conduct and lead:

Architecture and design reviews

Code reviews

Provide guidance and support for:

Performance tuning and testing

Issue resolution and technical risk mitigation

Define and manage:

Deployment strategies

Rollback strategies

Migration strategies

Support production readiness and go-live activities

Required

Strong hands-on experience in Core Java and J2EE technologies

Proven experience working on large-scale enterprise applications

Strong knowledge of Java frameworks including: Spring, Hibernate, Struts

Experience with enterprise integration technologies such as DataPower

Strong understanding of Web Services (SOAP/REST), JMS, LDAP, Enterprise security concepts and authentication mechanisms

Solid experience with enterprise databases such as Oracle
