Responsibilities
Lead the technical design and architecture of applications developed in Dot Net technologies
Collaborate with product owners and project managers to define the scope and objectives of projects
Oversee and mentor a team of developers in best practices of software development, code reviews, and testing
Develop and implement robust, scalable, and secure web applications using full stack technologies
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and production phases
Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in development practices
The Technical Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack applications using Dot Net technologies
This role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of software solutions
The candidate will oversee technical design reviews and guide the development team in best practices
Leading the technical direction of projects and ensuring that coding standards are upheld
Coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Mentoring junior developers and providing guidance on project tasks and career development
Qualification
Required
Experience - 15+ Years only
Must have - Angular or React with c#, HTML, #, .NET core and SQL, Azure Cloud and Design and Architecture
Strong proficiency in .NET framework and .NET Core for application development
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js)
In-depth knowledge of back-end development, including database technologies such as SQL Server or NoSQL databases
Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex software issues
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring developers
Visual Studio and/or Visual Studio Code for development
Version control systems such as Git or Azure DevOps
Database management tools (e.g., SQL Server Management Studio)
Project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) for tracking progress and collaboration
Containerization and virtualization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for application deployment
Expertise in Dot Net technologies and full-stack development experience, including front-end frameworks and back-end services
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound technical decisions
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders across the organization
