Responsibilities
Overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
Leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs) and empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences
Averaging 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks to ensure a manageable workload
Having the opportunity to earn more by increasing billable hours, while working at a pace that suits your lifestyle
Advancing through BCBA levels I, II, III, and IV, increasing your leadership impact along the way
Having full control over when and where you supervise your cases, empowering you to design a schedule that works for you
Focusing on clinical care while a dedicated team handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in human services or a related field
Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required
