Responsibilities

Participate in client interviews to assess client needs and suggest appropriate solutions

Assist Mortgage Loan Originators with the loan application process

Provide excellent customer service on inbound and outbound sales calls with a high conversion rate

Review, prepare and organize complete preliminary loan packages for processing in a timely manner including, but not limited to, title work, credit reports, fraud reports, insurance documents, tax transcripts, and verifications of employment

Prepare cost estimates for clients

Order and review environmental reports

Maintain regular communication with clients, real estate agents, and titles companies
