They are seeking a customer service-oriented IT Specialist to provide first-level support and assistance to users, manage desktop/laptop hardware and software, and enforce IT policies and security standards.

Responsibilities

Stage, image, deploy and manage desktop/laptop hardware and software using/managing client orchestration tools

Create and maintain OS images, software deployment packages, licensing, and system documentation

Provide first-level desktop support, troubleshooting, training, and backup help desk coverage

Enforce IT policies, security standards, and software licensing compliance on all systems

Manage phone systems, printers, plotters, copiers, and vendor maintenance relationships

Coordinate user onboarding/offboarding, device management, upgrades, and shared resources

Build strong internal client relationships and support the BIM Manager/Director as needed
