Responsibilities
Preparing month-end close financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.)
Preparing journal entries
Perform Balance Sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with external audit standards and internal controls
Establish revenue recognition criteria under ASC 606
Prepare and submit quarterly financial disclosures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
3-5+ years of corporate accounting experience, ideally within the media, entertainment, or streaming industries
Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition standards
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
Preferred
Master of Accountancy
CPA certification
Experience using SAP or Oracle
