In this role, you will lead enterprise-level consolidation and external financial reporting, strengthen the internal control environment, and deliver timely, high-quality insights to executive leadership.

Responsibilities
Prepare consolidated financial statements and disclosures in accordance with US GAAP; support SEC-style reporting (10-Q/10-K or equivalent)
Lead global consolidation, including intercompany eliminations, FX translation, and cash flow reporting
Maintain and enhance accounting policies and internal controls to meet SOX/COSO standards
Research and advise on complex transactions (leases, revenue recognition, business combinations, impairments)
Provide accounting guidance for new business initiatives
Champion reporting and consolidation tools (e.g., OneStream, Oracle FCCS/HFM, SAP BPC, Workiva)
Manage and mentor a team of senior accountants/analysts
Communicate results and insights to senior executives clearly and effectively
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
8+ years in financial reporting and consolidation, including SOX compliance; mix of public accounting and corporate experience ideal
Deep knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
Proficiency with consolidation/reporting platforms and ERP systems
Advanced Excel: BI tools experience a plus
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
