Sysco is the global leader in foodservice distribution, and they are seeking a Director of Program Management Office to strategically lead the prioritization and optimization of the Infrastructure portfolio. This role is responsible for overseeing large-scale initiatives, managing project budgets, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

Own onboarding of large projects and programs to deliver approved business functionality to Sysco

Define and lead portfolio prioritization of programs and projects, approach, assumptions, dependencies, risk, and budget

Partner with all stakeholders and dependent projects leads to develop detailed project portfolio plan

Oversee portfolio of project budgets, including purchases and contracts, and monthly spend and resource forecasting to enhance cost and resource efficiency

Serves as final point of escalation in remediation of risks, issues, or requests. Evaluates impact of scope changes on the projects and how it may interact with other projects

Drives, develops and delivers presentations on portfolio of projects in addition to ensure communications between stakeholders of dependent projects and with senior management

Leads a global team of Program and Project Management resources
