Noble House Hotels & Resorts is a beautiful boutique hotel, the Inn on Fifth, located in Naples. They are seeking a full-time IT Data Analyst to support hotel operations by combining technical expertise with data analysis, ensuring seamless IT functionality.

Responsibilities

Perform daily analysis of income and payment data

Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accurate mapping of revenue and payment streams

Deploy, maintain, and repair computer hardware (Dell)

Troubleshoot basic hardware and Windows software issues

Manage user and computer accounts in Microsoft Active Directory

Work with vendors to resolve software-related issues

Provide basic support for IP phones, printers, and scanners

Manage IT requests through the IT ticketing system

Provide 24/7 on-call support (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off)

Work independently and adapt to weekend/night shifts as needed

Communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats

Prioritize tasks with strong attention to detail

Required

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods

Ability to squat, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs

Experience setting up and maintaining hardware

Willingness to learn and apply IT training on the job

Preferred

CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
