Responsibilities
Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and data visualizations that enable data-driven decision making across the organization
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with an ability to translate business needs into insightful solutions
Design, build, and optimize Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that communicate insights effectively
Gather and understand business requirements; translate requirements into reports for analysis
Develop and maintain data models, data sources, and Tableau data extracts to support reporting needs
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including strategy, marketing, and IT—to ensure accurate and timely data delivery
Optimize dashboards for performance, user experience, and data refresh efficiency
Support end users with troubleshooting, dashboard enhancements, and training as needed
Perform data analysis, identify trends, and validate data accuracy across multiple data sources
Qualification
Required
3 - 5 Years with BA or 1 - 3 Years with MBA
Tableau building experience
Experience in the Medical Industry
