Supportability Engineer - Avionics
Northrop Grumman is a leading aerospace and defense company, and they are seeking a Supportability Engineer - Avionics to join their team in Melbourne, FL. The role involves identifying and influencing logistics requirements for weapon systems, interfacing with vehicle engineering, and performing maintenance task analyses.

Responsibilities
Identify, analyze, quantify and influence logistics requirements to support a weapon system including spares, Support Equipment, technical data, training, facilities, and personnel
Interface with vehicle engineering to influence weapon system design for supportability
Initiate and perform trade studies
Perform detailed maintenance task analysis
Determine overall weapon support system requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics discipline from an accredited university and 2 years of relevant experience OR a Master's Degree in STEM
Your ability to obtain and or transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret clearance, and any program access (es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company
Preferred
Active, in scope DoD Secret or higher clearance
Experience with testability, troubleshooting, fault trees and/or FMECA
Familiarity with GEIA-0007 and relational databases
Experience with testability, troubleshooting, fault trees and/or FMECA
