Responsibilities

Act as the primary requirements expert in an Agile setup

Define and manage clear, detailed business requirements for Health & Welfare benefits

Support annual enrollment and ongoing benefits operations

Partner with Agile leaders for sprint planning and delivery

Analyze requirement changes, identify gaps, and perform root-cause analysis

Support system and business acceptance testing (UAT)

Perform data analysis to support client and system decisions

Mentor and support junior analysts
