Responsibilities

Creating customer assembly drawings
Developing 3D models
Communicate with many different functions
Accurately perform job-related tasks to complete full 3D assembly models

Qualification

CAD softwareMechanical design experienceSolidWorks softwareANSI Y14 Dimensioning standardsFile management softwareData management applicationsMicrosoft OfficeEffective communicationAttention to detail

Required

Associate's degree in drafting/design with mechanical design experience using CAD software or an equivalent three years' experience
Mechanical aptitude and visualization skills
Effective communication skills
Demonstrated attention to detail and regard for quality
Skill using Microsoft Office applications is required, especially Microsoft Excel
Fundamental understanding and ability to apply ANSI Y14 Dimensioning standards
Legal Authorization to work in the United States – sponsorship will not be provided for this role

Preferred

Mechanical design experience or coursework
File management software experience (PLM application)
Experience with data management applications such as PDM
Experience using SolidWorks software
