Senior Corporate Account Manager

Responsibilities
Consult and Collaborate: Work closely with dealers and internal stakeholders to support sales and service for corporate account customers
Develop Communication Processes: Create clear, proactive processes to inform customers about product support needs, rates, shipping timelines, delays, and other critical updates
Ensure Fleet Performance: Partner with dealers to maintain and service customer equipment, providing technical resources and defining support requirements
Drive Growth: Engage directly with customers to gather insights, identify opportunities, and promote additional products and services that meet evolving needs
Maintain Compliance and Alignment: Follow organizational policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain transparent communication across teams to meet customer expectations
Qualification
Required
Customer Focus & Relationship Management: Build and sustain productive, long-term relationships with clients and vendors through clear, effective communication and a deep understanding of their business challenges
Value Selling: Articulate and deliver the full value of Caterpillar's products and services, differentiating offerings to address specific customer needs and qualifying opportunities based on strategic fit
Negotiation, Decision-Making & Critical Thinking: Navigate complex negotiations with confidence, analyze situations accurately, and make informed decisions that balance risk and opportunity while striving for win-win outcomes
Account Management: Manage day-to-day account activities, resolve complex issues, and advise on tailored solutions that drive customer success

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
Extensive commercial experience in dealer and/or customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of driving results and building strong relationships
Preferred
Industry expertise in construction products, services, work tools, and exposure to digital solutions
