Qualification
Required
2 Years of experience in Family Law Litigation
Bachelor's degree
Ability to manage family law matters including divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, and related litigation
Experience representing clients in hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and court proceedings
Ability to draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
Skill in developing legal strategies and case plans from start to finish
Ability to maintain consistent, professional communication with clients
Experience collaborating with paralegals and administrative staff to ensure efficient case management
