Senior Revenue Operations Manager
PlanHub is a leading preconstruction platform for commercial construction designed to connect general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. They are seeking a Sr. Revenue Operations Manager who will serve as the dedicated RevOps partner for the sales leadership team, managing data, processes, and systems to empower sales performance.

Responsibilities
Build, refine, and automate HubSpot workflows to streamline sales processes for reps and SDRs
Create, monitor, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights on sales rep and SDR performance
Act as the primary point of contact for sales leaders on RevOps needs, from pipeline visibility to ad hoc reporting
Manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM for our Sales team to ensure data integrity, accurate configuration, and smooth daily operations
Incorporate AI tools into workflows and data analysis to improve forecasting accuracy, manage lead flow, enhance workflow filtering, and accelerate decision-making
Own pipeline reporting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and consistency for sales leadership
Track sales data trends and proactively surface AI-enhanced insights that help sales leaders make data-driven decisions
Own the monthly commissions process, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting for all sales team members
Partner with the shared data team to ensure consistent definitions, clean datasets, and scalable reporting infrastructure
Identify gaps and continuously improve tools, processes, and metrics to enhance sales productivity and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including building workflows, reports, and dashboards
Proven track record in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations within SaaS or high-growth environments
Strong expertise in pipeline reporting and forecast management
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for sales leadership
Experience managing sales commissions and incentive compensation programs
Demonstrated ability to apply AI-powered tools for lead flow management, workflow automation, forecasting, and data analysis
Detail-oriented and data-driven mindset with a passion for process improvement
Ability to thrive as a self-starter and individual contributor, balancing tactical execution with strategic thinking
Excellent communication skills with a service-oriented approach toward supporting sales leaders
Familiarity with AI-driven tools and advanced analytics to enhance GTM performance
