Handle cash balancing and financial transactions with care to minimize errors
Open and maintain retail deposit accounts, ensuring accuracy in all account-related tasks such as signature cards and address changes
Support overall office functions to ensure smooth daily operations
Deliver top-notch service to existing and prospective customers, fostering trust and creating lasting professional relationships
Act as a knowledgeable resource for customer inquiries regarding bank products and services
Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor while assisting customers at the Bank Services Representative window
