Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for mortgage brokers, borrowers, and internal teams throughout the loan process

Manage and grow a pipeline of mortgage accounts to meet or exceed sales and performance targets

Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring timely submission of required documentation

Collaborate with underwriting, processing, and closing teams to facilitate timely loan approvals and fundings

Monitor loan files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines

Resolve client issues, answer questions, and provide product education as needed

Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, real estate agents, and other referral sources

Stay updated on current mortgage products, guidelines, market conditions, and industry trends

Utilize loan origination software to track and manage accounts effectively
