Responsibilities

Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of media/adtech-specific agreements, including:

+ Master Service Agreements (MSAs)

+ Data License Agreements

+ Statements of Work (SOWs)

+ Vendor and partner agreements

Ensure contracts incorporate appropriate protections around intellectual property, data use, and commercial risk

Conduct vendor compliance assessments and support company-wide regulatory adherence

Advise on privacy and data protection matters, including risk assessments and policy alignment

Provide governance support for board-related matters, including documentation and compliance oversight

Assist with internal company legal issues, such as employment-related matters, tax considerations, and general corporate legal support
