Responsibilities

Partner with clients to define KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting solutions
Support pre-sales by translating client requirements into solution proposals and implementation plans
Assist in scoping and building SOWs for new and custom reporting needs
Collaborate with implementation and product teams to deliver and enhance analytics solutions
Drive client adoption through best practices in data, reporting, and process optimization

Qualification

Banking analytics experiencePerformance reportingBI tools proficiencySQLCloud data platformsProcess improvement frameworksStakeholder managementCommunication skills

Required

5–7+ years of experience in banking, credit union, or fintech operations or analytics
Strong experience with operational KPIs and performance reporting
Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

SQL and workflow automation experience
Exposure to cloud data platforms
Knowledge of process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma)
