The Replenishment Associate will be responsible for moving products to the proper locations within the warehouse and ensuring that all products are stocked correctly, while also maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

Consistently keep up with replenishment requests on the scanner

Frequently consolidate overflow on the floor as to keep clutter down and product stocked

Make sure all roller racks are full

Operating material handling devices like forklifts, following safety procedures, maintaining precise records of all product movements, and implementing quality control measures are crucial. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with others of varying backgrounds

Handle radio calls regarding replenishing product

Be available to come in early and stay late as needed to provide adequate support to the business

Maintain a clean and safety work environment to prevent accidents and injuries

Maintain compliance, safety, and quality standards by ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures

Set a positive example through personal attendance and time management

Be willing and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment to support business objectives

Demonstrate accurate verbal and written communication skills

Work cooperatively in a team environment to achieve business goals and growth opportunities

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to assist with other departmental functions upon request

Maintain a clear and organized work environment by ensuring all work areas are kept tidy and free of hazards by regularly cleaning and organizing tools, equipment, and materials

Required

High school diploma or GED

Ability to stand and walk throughout the facility a majority of the day

Ability to lift, push, pull and slide product and equipment typically weigh up to 15lbs, and some weighing up to 30 lbs

Operation of warehouse machinery and equipment (e.g., carts, hand trucks, forklifts, reach trucks, etc.)

Visual abilities to include reading, distance vision and peripheral vision
