Account Executive
LHH is seeking an experienced and driven Account Executive to handle reagent, consumable, and instrument sales in Northern California. The role involves managing an established client base while pursuing new opportunities and requires conducting field visits and building relationships with labs and healthcare organizations.

Responsibilities
Drive sales of reagents, consumables, and instruments across Northern California
Manage and grow an established client base while pursuing new opportunities
Conduct field visits 3–4 days per week; 1–2 days dedicated to administrative tasks
Build relationships with labs and healthcare organizations
Deliver quick turnaround on deals
Utilize Salesforce for pipeline management and reporting
Collaborate with external sales training and pipeline development teams (100+ qualified leads monthly)
Represent the company professionally during virtual and in-person meetings with clients
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in life sciences sales—Immunohistochemistry or related space is key
Strong interpersonal and listening skills; ability to understand client needs and product offerings
Experience selling to labs, hospitals, and healthcare organizations
Ability to travel throughout Northern California (Bay Area to Sacramento)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shorter deal cycles
Must reside in the Bay Area for local travel

Salesforce experience preferred
