Responsibilities

Create high fidelity mockups and design guides for developers in Figma

Drive the UX design process including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing

Create user flows, journey maps, and information architecture diagrams

Present design concepts to stakeholders and effectively communicate design rationale

Own the design system, be responsible for the content, controls, and processes behind it

Assist in UX refinement by reviewing UX related changes in both staging and production environments

Perform a wide variety of roles and responsibilities including Figma UX design, collaboration with devs and stakeholders, ensuring designs are done correctly, process improvement and research, and other tasks

Required

2-4 years of experience in Figma designing UX elements for Web and Mobile

Understanding of graphic design and UX design principles and the software development lifecycle

Responsive design in Figma expertise. Your Figma designs should look right when scaled

Strong organizational skills, design aesthetic and problem solving skills

Demonstrated ability to use independent judgment and initiative on a day-to-day basis and to initiate and successfully manage creating UX/Design assets for the team

Demonstrated ability to communicate well on technical subjects in both written and verbal form. Including coordinating with developers to assure they can successfully execute a design
