Responsibilities
Provide support to the Senior Director, Litigation and Operations Counsel and SVP & Associate General Counsel
Serve as a key resource for human resources and various operating groups throughout the Company
Manage the day-to-day aspects of administrative charges and litigation matters
Provide practical employment law counseling to business partners across the organization
Interact with associates of all levels throughout the Company
Qualification
Required
Minimum of five (5) years of employment law and litigation experience at a reputable law firm and/or corporate in-house legal department
Willingness to grow and expand one's area of expertise beyond employment law
Ability to manage non-employment litigation, including but not limited to fair housing or other tenant lawsuits or administrative complaints, commercial litigation, or construction litigation
Preferred
