Qualification
Required
Have at least 3 years of commercial insurance marketing experience (5+ for senior-level consideration)
Understand the marketing process from start to finish, including renewal strategy, coverage comparison, and binding
Be proactive, analytical thinkers who can identify and explain differences between coverage forms
Be comfortable collaborating with both internal teams and carrier partners
Show evidence of critical thinking and accuracy in prior work history, not just years of experience
3+ years experience in the insurance industry specifically in marketing required
NYS P&C License is required
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Insurance Industry designation or advanced training preferred
Intermediate to advanced skills in navigating the Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel
Experience with Applied EPIC preferred
