They are seeking a Senior Private Client Account Manager to manage an assigned book of business, focusing on client retention and exceptional customer service while collaborating with the producers and marketing team.

Responsibilities

Manage an assigned book of business with the goal of retention through exceptional customer service

Receive client phone calls and emails with requests to change existing or new coverages and/or policies

Determine acceptability and placement of new and renewal business by working in unison with producers and marketing team

Complete applications, endorsement requests and all aspects of billing when applicable

Support producers by preparing summaries of insurance, schedules and proposals as requested

Maintain follow up on active and overdue suspense and outstanding orders and correspondence in keeping with the established best practices

Maintain customer accounts in our agency automation system by documenting conversations in the activity log, sending confirmations to insured’s and filing all correspondence

Qualification

Required

Current Florida 2-20 or 20-44 license

Thorough understanding of High Value Personal Lines insurance underwriting, carriers, coverages, rating procedures and industry operations to effectively manage, maintain, and write assigned clients and prospects

Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with clients, carriers and prospects to explain complex issues, receive and interpret information and respond appropriately

College degree desirable; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred

Working knowledge of EPIC/ Sagitta Agency Management System(s) and ImageRight

Actively solicit increases in coverage or rounding out accounts through sales to clients at every service contact
