Elevate the customer service experience for existing and prospective residents in accordance with our service standards
Engage with existing and prospective residents, guests and vendors to solve problems and provide timely assistance
Maintain organized records, secure and retrieve packages and provide office support
Contribute to resident satisfaction and retention efforts with smiles, empathy, empowered execution, and a commitment to achieving team goals
Demonstrate integrity and professionalism in dealing with residents, prospects, employees, and outside contacts

Previous experience in hospitality or retail
Polished communication skills
