Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication — both written and verbal
Comfort with legal technology and case management software (we're a modern, tech-forward firm)
A professional, compassionate, and proactive attitude
Preferred
Prior experience in personal injury or civil litigation (a plus, but not required)
