ServiceNow Application Support Analyst with implement Nuvolo modules(Only w2)
Astir IT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled Enterprise Application Support professional to join their team in New York, NY. This role focuses on ensuring the stability and performance of applications that support the city’s healthcare operations, while also providing technical support and leading support staff.
Responsibilities
Provide technical and application support across multiple domains (Clinical, Business, Financial, Infrastructure)
Troubleshoot, document, and resolve escalated application issues while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Configure and implement Nuvolo modules on the ServiceNow platform, including Asset Management and CMDB
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design workflows, and optimize system performance
Lead and supervise support staff, coordinate departmental activities, and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT systems/application support
10 years of supervisory experience in operations-focused roles
Strong knowledge of computer systems, communications, and application troubleshooting
Experience with ServiceNow/Nuvolo configuration, integrations, and workflow automation is highly desirable
