Start in 2026 SpringCopperPoint Insurance Companies is a leading provider of workers’ compensation and commercial insurance solutions. They are seeking a Human Resources Intern to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and talent development support.

Responsibilities
Assisting with all aspects of full cycle recruiting and onboarding, including but not limited to: resume reviews, candidate screenings, interview coordination, and new employee orientations
Partnering with the Learning & Development team to support new hires and employee initiatives
Developing relationships with business leaders to better understand their staffing needs
Helping the HR Management team to launch and audit compliance trainings
Supporting the team with new and ongoing projects. Some functions may include recruiting, onboarding, engagement, communications, compliance, or talent development
Providing administrative and/or technical support to the HR team on a variety of functions
Qualification
Required
A current college undergraduate who is a resident of Arizona and/or is attending a school in Arizona
Proficient in Microsoft® Office tools and related software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with data and analyzing sensitive information
Good Interpersonal skills to quickly develop trust, credibility, and respect from all levels of staff
Interest in pursuing a career in the insurance industry post-graduation
Benefits
The intern will accrue 0.0692 of Paid Time Off (PTO) per paid hour.
