Client Services Associate
TruStone Financial Credit Union is a member-owned credit union focused on providing competitive financial tools to empower members' financial well-being. The Client Services Associate plays a crucial role in supporting Financial Advisors and ensuring a positive client experience through effective communication and administrative support.
Responsibilities
Serve as a key partner to Financial Advisors and an important point of contact for members
Deliver a smooth, accurate, and responsive client experience by supporting account setup, maintenance, and day-to-day service needs
Conduct routine communication with clients via email and phone
Qualification
Required
Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am – 6:00pm at our Golden Valley Branch; non-exempt
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Marketing or Insurance, or equivalent work experience
1+ years of administrative and/or financial experience
Experience in computer systems including MS Office, Internal and email equivalents
Good verbal and written communication skills – must be able to present self professionally in person and over the telephone
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to perform multiple tasks while maintaining good organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and within timeframes
Ability to be self-motivated and perform tasks with minimal supervision
Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks
Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace
Preferred
Previous experience and working knowledge of both brokerage and insurance products, terms, functions, suitability and compliance aspects
NASD Series 6 or 7 along with Series 66 registrations preferred but not required. Licensing may be obtained after hire, with eligibility for increased base pay and incentive compensation upon completion
