Responsibilities
Drive and manage daily execution of the Innovation management program
Define Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to measure the success of the Innovation program
Manage stakeholder communication in terms of program status, schedule, development and ongoing steps to mitigate risks
Define feature prioritization framework to maximize customer delight and impact
Provide subject matter expertise to internal and external teams
Define key KPI for market research around new use cases / business verticals
Support early product lifecycles from incubation to market pilot
Interface with external partners, global and regional Product, Legal, Marketing, and Engineering teams to manage the development and commercialization of a new product
Develop product requirements and product business architecture
Assist in defining plans to scale from incubation to commercialization
Gather, understand, and analyze customer requirements for new products
Develop functional requirements and solution architecture
Discover, design, develop, and deploy new features for the Small Business segment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications, or related
six (6) years of experience in job offered, as a Lead Business Analyst, Consultant Specialist, Software Engineer, or related
at least one (1) year with each of the following: Payment technology stack; Product development lifecycle; Card Data Analytics; New Business Solution Development
