Amazon is looking for highly motivated students to join the Jr. Developer Program (JDP) as Jr. Software Development Engineers. In this year-round internship, you will write real software, collaborate with experienced engineers, and contribute to impactful deliverables while receiving mentorship and support for your academic and professional growth.

Responsibilities

Write real software and collaborate with experienced engineers who provide guidance and opportunities for ownership
Be fully integrated into a team and regularly contribute to impactful deliverables
Help solve complex technical challenges at Amazon
Receive 1:1 mentorship from a full-time Amazonian for the entirety of your program tenure
Work part-time during the school year (16 hours/week) and full-time during the summer (40 hours/week)
Participate in bi-annual performance reviews designed to support ongoing growth and development
