Responsibilities

Design and validate high-performance analog/mixed signal circuits that interface with state of the art optical components and meet high level system requirements
Implement a variety of PCBs and flexes that integrate multiple analog and digital circuits into prototype systems
Identify and analyze system tradeoffs of implementation strategies including PCB functionality partitioning, approach to testing and validation, flexibility vs. size/power
Plan electrical engineering work with other leads to define milestones, then guide and focus team members to deliver on time
Facilitate clear, efficient communication within the electrical engineering team and cross-functionally to keep stakeholders in sync
Directly manage individual contributors as appropriate
