Responsibilities
Partner with business and leadership teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives
Build strong relationships across assigned business units, fostering transparency, collaboration, and trust
Lead key HR programs, including employee engagement, performance management, onboarding, and development planning
Support organizational effectiveness through change management, workforce analysis, and talent optimization strategies
Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent practices across the organization
Manage succession planning and talent development to identify and nurture high-potential employees
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to implement effective recruitment strategies and ensure quality candidate selection
Utilize HR data and analytics to identify workforce trends, monitor KPIs, and recommend data-driven HR solutions
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies
Act as a mentor and resource to HR peers and operational leaders, contributing to overall team development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification preferred)
5+ years as an HR Business Partner or at least 7 years of progressive HR experience
Proven ability to advise leadership on strategy, talent management, and organizational design
Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and influence change effectively
Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements
