Responsibilities

Accounts Payable & Expense Management - Process invoices, manage purchase orders, and reconcile credit card receipts for accurate job costing

Payroll & Compliance - Prepare certified payroll reports, collect necessary documentation, and ensure timely disbursement

Financial Oversight - Review accounts receivable aging reports, assist with collections, and maintain accurate records for project costs

Administrative Support - Coordinate license and permit procurement and assist with other project-related administrative tasks

Qualification

Accounting software proficiencyAccounts Payable managementConstruction industry experienceExcel proficiencyAIA billing knowledgeMultitasking ability

Required

Experience in the construction industry preferred

Associate's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred

Proficiency in Excel, Word, and accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar

Familiarity with purchase order preparation, accounts payable entry, and check processing

Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Knowledge of AIA billing is a plus
